MISSION
As a culturally diverse organization, the Association shall be operated mainly to enable the deaf in the District of Columbia to promote and maintain:
- Empowerment to the deaf citizens in the District of Columbia
- Equal political, social and economic access among the deaf
- Advocacy and social network.
