We, District of Columbia Association of the Deaf (DCAD), currently is revising the bylaws. With this in mind, we would like you read the bylaws for DCAD members including yourself to vote and approve.
The bylaws will be discussed during the election day and hope to pass from the newly elected board and DCAD members.
